Office Tools Roundup

office via seventy-nine ideas

As an organized creative, I do my best work when my work area is neat + tidy while also inspiring.  I like to make a mess when I start a project, usually by way of a mood board or inspiration piles of swipe – and I find that if the space I am working in is a mess – I can’t let myself be free to enjoy the messy process of creating.

I’ve learned that if I enjoy seeing my organization tools I’m more likely to use them in the way they were intended.   My personal office style is a mix of happy color with hard-working utility pieces.

Today I’m sharing a few of my latest obsessions that are keeping my home office in check.

Hanging file folders – in millennial pink, because duh.

Acrylic file box – all the better to see my pretty file folders.

Mason jars – I love these painted ones, and these versatile carry-alls fit ALL my writing tools.

Rolling cart – to keep all my supplies handy + organized.

Girl Boss Pencils – a punch of pink motivation!

Drawer organizers – to corral my assortment of clips, tabs and washi tapes.

DIY Stone Paperweights– works well in my house since I have both a rock + a color obsession.

Pegboard panel – I like to see my most used tools:  scissors, tape, straight edge + knife

Mon Journal – my favorite journal to keep my schedule + endless to-do lists handy (and pretty.)

Storage drawers – I love these.  We use one for S’s art supplies and one for mine.

Any faves of yours that I missed?  Here’s to an organized June for us all.
