I’ve found the single biggest game changer to keep my diet on track is meal prep. A Sunday afternoon mason jar session leaves me with 1 week of healthy breakfast and lunch options. In regular rotation at my house: overnight oats – recipes here, here and here. And for lunch, this post gives the 101 on mason jar salads that aren’t soggy. Game-changer.
